Future Cap-Centrum Cap in talks for stake sale: Sources

Future Capital is in talks with Centrum to acquire a 10% stake, reports CNBC-TV18, quoting sources. However, CNBC-TV18 has not yet received any response from Future Capital to an e-mail query, whereas Centrum Capital management refused to comment on the acquisition news.

Future Capital is in talks with Centrum Capital to acquire a 10% stake, reports CNBC-TV18, quoting sources. However, CNBC-TV18 has not yet received any response from Future Capital to an e-mail query, whereas Centrum Capital management refused to comment on the acquisition news. Sources added that the company is looking for a synergy in forex and equity market.

The EV of Centrum Capital is pegged at Rs 1200-1400 crore. The associate companies of Centrum Capital include CentrumDirect, Centrum Broking, Casby Logistics and Softchip Technologies.
