Fullerton India - one of India's largest capitalized non banking finance company launched a unique marketing program named "Parivaar Laxmi." This first of its kind program in the financial services sector of the country allows housewives to improve their livelihood through an incentive based referral system.  

 

This unique program is targeted at the housewives residing in the neighborhood of the Fullerton India branches spread throughout the country. These housewives are appointed as Parivaar Laxmis; they then refer their friends, neighbors & relatives in their social network and pass on the leads of people who are interested in loans or insurance to the neighborhood Fullerton India branch and the branch relationship officers then take it further by servicing the customers. The Parivaar Laxmis can earn Rs 1000 for every loan that is disbursed through the references given.

 

Commenting on the initiative Mr. G.S. Sundararajan, Managing Director & CEO - Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. said, "This program is targeted at the housewives through one of our business segments Fullerton India Parivaar. The objective is to provide opportunity for women to earn additional income to improve their social standing and at the same time empowering them economically. They can increase their earnings & livelihood by just referring people with financial needs to the Fullerton India branch. This is part of our initiative to reach out to the community and make a difference in their lives. I am sure that this unique program will set the benchmark for the industry & at the same time will provide a great earning opportunity to the housewives"
