Q: Everybody is talking about the kind of cash that you and Malvinder are actually sitting on and the various forays that you made - how involved are you with what is happening on the Religare side because you are on the board of the company but from diversification and so on and so forth how involve are you in all of that and also healthcare finance this has been question that has come your way many times - is there are review or rethink as far as whether that you would like to get into?

A: We are going to do health insurance. We have announced that plan and there is no going back on that. On Religare I am involved as a board member and on the strategic side as a promoter probably at best. But the day to day running the strategy the execution and acquisitions all lead by the team at Religare headed by Sunny (Sunil Godhwani). We talk on the phone all the time. Malvinder, Sunny and I all the time are always connected up on the phone or at meetings.

Q: How has life changed for you personally getting this off the ground and today seeing where it is? How has it changed for you?

A:I think the most dramatic change has come probably in last 12-18 months where our size has really scaled up and the teams have come into place. I have got a CEO that has joined 10 months ago.

So the day to day operations and the activities of the company I am not involved in at all. So it has changed the way I look at the business, how I see the company, how I see the future because I am now looking at how do we take Fortis to the next level.
