First real-estate web channel Propex TV launched in India

The web channel will provide a 24x7 common platform for the Malayalee property buyers and sellers all over the world, Charles William, Chairman of Kochi based J C Group, which launched the Propex TV, told reporters here today.
  
The programmes produced by the JC group and aired by various television channels provide a common platform for buyers and sellers in real estate sector to come together. 

At present, JC Group's programmes are being telecast by six Malayalam channels.

The web channel can be downloaded on smart TVs, tablets and the new generation smart phones. It can be accessed through a specially developed application, which can be downloaded on Android platforms.

The group proposes to make it available on devices using other operating systems like Iphone, Window, Blackberry, Bonny Thomas, Chief of Programmes, said.
  
The English version of Propex TV will be launched within one and half years, the officials said.
