Feedback Ventures, India's leading integrated infrastructure development company completed its Fast Track Project - Metro Cash & Carry, in Hyderabad.  It was inaugurated by the Chief Minister, Honorable Mr. Y. S. Rajashekar Reddy.  After initiation in Bangalore, where it had two Distribution Centers (DCs), Metro awarded to Feedback Ventures, the Hyderabad DC project, which spreads over a 100,000 square feet outlet on an eight-acre plot, with 40,000 square feet of covered parking and 30,000 square feet of open parking.  The project was completed in 211 days-from Site kick-off meeting to Inauguration. 

 

Mr. Anil Chopra, CEO, Project Management Division, Feedback Ventures, on the occasion said, "India is a vibrant market for Retail and Distribution Warehousing, with several Indian players-including Shoppers Stop, Pantaloon, Westside, Reliance, and now world leaders Wal-Mart and Prologis also joining the fray.  The Metro exposure has opened up new vistas for tapping this emerging opportunity."

 

He further added, "In order to get an "early bird" advantage, the project was to move on a fast pace, with round-the-clock construction activity.  Feedback being awarded such a project, speaks about our project management and executional capabilities."

 

Project Management Division (PMD) of Feedback Ventures has undertaken other projects like: Hero Honda & Eveready in the factory segment, Escorts & Moolchand in the health segment, INOX leisure, Satyam & Shrinagar Cinemas in the multiplex segment.
