Fedders Lloyd Corporation at its meeting held on December 02, 2010 has declared dividend at Re 1 per share of Rs 10 each for the year 2009-10.

Fedders Lloyd Corporation declares dividend at Re 1 per share
Fedders Lloyd Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on December 02, 2010 have recommended of dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 10 each (10% on the total paid up capital of the Company) for the financial year 2009-10 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
