The Fostiima Business School (FBS) students recently returned from a three day Leadership & Team Building camp at the Jim Corbett National Park in the Himalayas. The camp was organised with the objective of- Team Building, Enhancing Leadership Qualities & Team Spirit, Time Management, Crisis and Stress Management, Personality Development and several other human resource components.

 

The most important thing the students gained from this camp is confidence and adaptability to different situations and also realized that the basic concepts of management are very important in every scenario. The three day program on the verdant banks of the Ramganga was closely monitored by Samir Bhatia, a corporate trainer of vast global experience and an MBA from IIMA. The objective of this camp was to develop among its students leadership skills thereby creating a pool of managers for the new emerging India.

 

Right through meditation, treks, jungle walks, rappelling across crevasses and river crossing were performed. The value of time, teamwork & leadership was internalized.
