Ezeego1.com, the travel portal, has opened its first Travel Shop in Mumbai. This is the first time that an online travel agent has opened such a shop to offer all kinds of travel related services, right from booking of flights, hotels, holidays to providing information about visa and travel insurance.
Commenting on this unique initiative, Neelu Singh, COO, Ezeego1.com, said, "Online travel is the next big thing. However, to service the online customer better, we have designed the Ezeego1 Travel Shop which is an alternative channel for booking and will enable the customer to interact with travel counselors on a personal level."
She further stated, "Ezeego1 offers an array of travel related services including visa services for which customers may have to physically approach us. Such a travel shop is convenient for the customer. This travel shop in Mumbai is a pilot project. Our future plan is to expand through franchisee shops across key cities in India."
