Q: You were telling me that tenancy ratio as well. Post this acquisition how does it stand?

A: I am happy to say that we are the largest and highest tenancy in the country. On our portfolio basis our tenancy would be in excess of 2.4.

Q: Where does your debt stand currently at this point?

A: Ours is not a listed company. So some of these figures I may not be in a position to share.

Q: But a ballpark figure if you could give us?

A: That is something, which when we did the deal with Tata Teleservices-because I have not clarified this is Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited. Last year when we entered the deal with WTTIL at that point to time it had given a fair amount of details as to the way the acquisition was carried out both from a debt and equity stand point.

At this point of time we have an asset based, which is now in excess of about Rs 10,000 crore. The debt typically in an infrastructure industry debt equity ratios are about 1.3.

Q: You did mention that it is going to give you a lucrative foothold in two mega circles but this is a long-term story right that you are looking at. What are future expansion plans? What next are you targeting from here onwards? Anything that you could throw light on in terms of inorganic or organic growth some thing that you may have zeroed in on?

A: This is a long-term play. We believe that the telecom infrastructure and the related infrastructure which is both from an outdoor and indoor perspective is essential business there for the next 15-20 years annuity based business. Our focus besides the outdoor, which is our tower business, is also focusing on the in-building solutions. It is one of the largest players in the in-building solutions coverage as well. That is again a shared IDF model.

One of the things I would like to highlight is that by innovative introduction of these businesses, we have actually been able to bring down the cost of our operator partner, which is our customer, significantly. That is the benefit which you see getting passed on to the final consumer.
