The Exchange has decided to exclude Visualsoft Technologies Ltd . (Scrip Code: 532214) and Yokogawa India Ltd . (Scrip Code: 517216) from BSE Small-Cap index w.e.f. April 30, 2007 and May 3, 2007 respectively. 

The exclusion of Visualsoft Technologies Ltd. is made on account of suspension of trading in this company pursuant to scheme of arrangement with Megasoft Ltd .

The exclusion of Yokogawa India Ltd. is made on account of discontinuation of trading and delisting pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines, 2003.
