Eastern Software System (ESS), India's premier ERP Company offering cutting edge technology solutions and services to SMBs and enterprises has announced a business partnership with Ofistore, one of the largest suppliers of IT products, solutions and services based in Mexico City, Mexico. Besides Mexico, ESS has already setup its presence in other Spanish-speaking Latin American countries like Bolivia, Colombia and Peru. Ofistore has strong presence in the corporate sector in Mexico. It will be leveraging on its existing customer base to sell ESS' ebizframe and has ambitious plans to make strong inroads into the government sector as well with marketing assistance and support from ESS personnel.
Last year, ESS had launched the Spanish version of its flagship ERP product ebizframe along with four other international languages – Russian, Arabic, Thai & French – and made coercive forays in Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Africa, Thailand, Russia and CIS countries.
According to Mr. Anil Bakht, Chairman & Managing Director, ESS, " Having attained success in India, especially with small and medium businesses (SMBs), we have become aggressive in the international markets as well. Mexico is a rapidly growing, dynamic economy and has a vibrant technology sector. The Free Trade Agreement with US and Canada has provided a fillip to the Mexican economy and the mid market segment has shown excellent growth in the past few years. ESS offers its best wishes to Ofistore in this new line of business."
The partnership at Mexico is in accordance with ESS' strategy for entering new markets. ESS, represented by its Director, Mr. Sanjay Agarwala, visited Mexico City late last year, as part of a delegation of the Government of India's Electronics and Software Exports Promotion Council. ESS' flagship ERP product ebizframe and other service offerings like Offshore Software Development, Total IT Outsourcing (TITO) etc. evoked great interest and were enthusiastically received by the audience in Mexico City.
Furthering its bold initiatives and to reinforce our Business Alliances in yet another Spanish speaking nation, ESS Marketing Manager, Shantanu Sharma, recently visited Mexico to train its business partner on our flagship ERP product, ebizframe, and also to get a feel of the market. Shantanu shared the details of the various modules of the product covering several verticals, with a focus on the main industries in Mexico. He also shared the nitty-gritty of the sales and marketing of ebizframe ERP. He also spent some time on visiting the market to take a hands-on feedback of the ERP market, which is in its nascent stage in Mexico. ESS is looking forward to its first sale here soon.
ESS, in the recent past, has actively participated and showcased its products and solutions in various IT exhibitions across these markets.
