Shringar Cinemas Limited, one of the leading movie exhibition and distribution companies, has announced that the Company has received Entertainment Tax exemption for its Multiplex, FAME Tapadia situated in Aurangabad and the said exemption will be availed by this multiplex effective from 6th February 2007.
Under the Entertainment Tax Exemption policy, the FAME Multiplex in Aurangabad will enjoy 100% exemption for the first three years and 75% exemption of the prescribed rate for the subsequent two years.
It may be noted that the entertainment tax paid till now by the said Multiplex from 1/12/2006 to 1/2/2007 was Rs.14.34 lacs.
