Q: Can you start off by telling us a little bit about Emami Infra? What kind of projects this real estate arm deals with, what you have valued the company at? A: Emami Infrastructure is our real estate holding company, which has around 11-12 projects through its subsidiaries and also holds some investments in Zandu Realty Limited. Projects are in and around Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad. We have a decent land bank also. There are around three projects, which are in progress and further two projects would be taken up maybe in a medium-term and there is a land bank of around 150-200 acres. Q: Your investors would want to value this company today, the Zandu bit is easy to value, Zandu Realty 35% stake valued at close to 90 crore, this 150 acres that you are talking about, can you just break it up into which specific areas they are in because we would want a sense of what the market value of this land bank would be? A: It is spread across and there is some land in Jhansi, some in Kolkata, but these are not very old land. These are taken up in last four-five years or so, not very old land bank but we have plants to take up good projects in the times to come. So the value would be unlocked in the long-term. Q: So in the next couple of years, which are the first couple of projects which will come up for Emami Infra? A: We are taking up some residential projects there in Hyderabad, around 5 million sq ft kind of a construction is there in Hyderabad and Kolkata in. Q: You said three are currently running, which three and what size? A: In residential projects in Hyderabad and Kolkata. The company has a networth of 35 crore and it is a good bet for a little long-term. Q: What kind of revenues do you hope to book from these three projects within this year itself? A: It would come in the next year 2011-12 or 2012-13. We do not expect significant revenues in the current year. Q: This 5 million square feet that you spoke about, which parts of Hyderabad and Kolkata are these projects in? A: In Kukatpally and in one of other areas there. There are two projects in Hyderabad and one is in Kolkata itself in IT park.
