Elecon Engineering bags Rs 23.3 cr worth orders

Material handling equipment and transmission products maker Elecon Engineering has bagged two orders with an aggregate worth of over Rs 23 crore.

Material handling equipment and transmission products maker Elecon Engineering has bagged two orders with an aggregate worth of over Rs 23 crore.


The company's material handling equipment division has bagged a Rs 16.3 crore order from Indian Farmers Fertiliser Corperative (IFFCO) for supply, erection and commissioning of rail mounted full portal type scraper reclaimer with main and auxilary boom for bagging plant product silo, a company
release here said.


It procured another Rs 7 crore worth order from Manikgarh Cement Unit II for design, engineering, manufacturing and supply of various pipe conveyors.


"We are pleased to have procured these two orders. Elecon Engineering has always been at the forefront of innovations and technology in the manufacturing and engineering sector,"  company's Chairman and Managing Director Prayasvin Patel said.


" It is a big achievement for all at Elecon as we continue to maintain a healthy order book month on month," he added.
