Cigarette manufacturer Godfrey Phillips' fourth quarter net profit grew by 66.7 percent year-on-year to Rs 70 crore.
Net sales rose by 6 percent from Rs 555 crore to Rs 589 crore year-on-year.
The company's revenues increased to Rs 2,052.47 crore during the financial year 2012-13 from Rs 1,672.82 crore reported in previous year.
Godfrey Phillips recommended a dividend of Rs 40 per share for the year 2012-13.
The stock rose 2.37 percent to close at Rs 3,334.75 amid hefty volumes on Bombay Stock Exchange.
