Datacraft India, global IT services provider, today proudly announced that it has achieved the Master Security Specialization of Cisco®. This certification recognizes Datacraft India for its investment towards providing clients with the most sophisticated security technology, methodologies and skills built on a successful track record in security lifecycle services and solutions. Datacraft India is the first company in Asia Pacific to achieve a dual certification from Cisco on security and unified communication and only the third company in the world. Datacraft had earlier achieved the distinction of being the First Master Specialized Unified Communication Partner in Asia Pacific.
The Master Security Specialization is designed to recognize the elite Cisco partners who have invested in the most in-depth technology skills and have demonstrated success in selling, deploying and providing services for Cisco’s more sophisticated, value-added security solutions. These include a combination of Cisco security solutions, including Cisco Security Agent, Cisco Security Monitoring, Analysis, and Response System (Cisco Security MARS), Network Admission Control (NAC), and Cisco IOS® software. Only Partners with a highly qualified security practice can achieve a Master Security Specialization.
The Master Security certification demonstrates Datacraft India’s capability and commitment to deliver enhanced value to its clients through its globally benchmarked Security Services. These services provide enterprises a comprehensive solution to manage their information security risk and compliance and regulatory requirements.
As part of the qualifying Audit, the Datacraft team demonstrated a business situation positioning all components of Cisco Security solution and mapping them to a customer’s business challenges. The Audit also verified Datacraft’s alignment to Cisco’s lifecycle services framework with special focus on the “Operate” phase. This entire exercise was carried out at the state of the art Datacraft Experiential Centre in Mumbai where they demonstrate security technologies to clients. The complete audit is undertaken by an external agency which assesses and validates the partner across all above mentioned criterions before awarding the Security specialization.
To achieve the Master Security Specialization, partners must first attain the Advanced Security Specialization and meet stringent requirements to demonstrate their Master-level capabilities and customer success track record in three areas including Selling capability, Technology capability and Services capability and methodology.
Sunil Manglore, CEO, Datacraft India, said “We are very proud to have achieved the status of being the first company in the Asia Pacific region and the third company in the world to achieve Master Security Specialization from Cisco. This not only showcases our security services capabilities and our ability to demonstrate to our clients cutting edge technology with innovative solutions.
He further added “This certification is the highest status any Cisco Security partner across the world can achieve and is one of the most prestigious service provider certifications in the global IT Security space. Cisco has a very stringent selection criterion for this certification, the reason why only very few companies have even attempted qualifying for this certification”.
