Pending the issue of 'prima facie' violation of FDI policy by Groupe Danone's acquisition of minority shares in Avesthagen - a bone of contention between the Wadias and Danone - the Finance Ministry is contemplating a new FDI proposal involving an Avesthagen joint venture.
