DAMAC Properties , Middle East's largest private sector master developer and luxury lifestyle provider will be showcasing iconic properties through road shows across India. The roadshow will be held at 'Grand Hyatt, Santacruz, Mumbai between 14th and 20th February 2008.

 

The roadshow which kicked off from Delhi, moved to Ahmedabad, now in Mumbai and will end in Bangalore (20th-25th Feb, Leela Palace Kempinski). DAMAC Properties will be showcasing its luxurious developments from across the UAE at these roadshows.

 

Hussain Sajwani, Founder and Chairman of DAMAC Holding, said: "The response we received from the previous events was very promising. Our impressive project portfolio includes some of the most innovative and luxurious developments in the Middle East. This roadshow is a great platform and a springboard for the people in India to make their way into some of our state-of-the-art properties."

We are planning to invest over US$5 billion in India as well over the next 3-5 years. The Indian real estate market is expected to touch the $50bn mark by 2010 and is a very important market for DAMAC Properties," added Mr. Sajwani.

 

Luxurious developments from DAMAC Properties include projects from various countries such as Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Qatar and UAE and are spread across 500 million sq. ft. of luxury, with over 11,000 customers.

 

DAMAC Properties has won the coveted Best International High Rise Development and Best International Website (www.damacproperties.com) recognitions at the International Property Awards held in Las Vegas.

 

The International Property Awards ceremony, held in association with CNBC, was organized at the renowned Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas late last year. The awards, now in its 13th year, are the biggest of its kind in the world. With entries from a record 56 countries, the awards are supported by five media partners, nine professional bodies and the New York Times Company - a leading media organization.
