Coral Hub Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors had made a recommendation for payment of Final dividend @ 6% i.e. Re. 0.06/- per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each for the financial period ended June 30, 2010 (15 months) and decided to close the Transfer Register and Register of Members of the Company from December 23, 2010 to December 28, 2010 (inclusive of both days) for the purpose of convening Annual General Meeting and Declaration of Dividend.
However, in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on December 28, the members have considered the request of the Chairman and opinion of the management to plough back of profit for marketing the services of the Company at Dubai and agreed for not going ahead with the resolution for declaration of dividend and accordingly the Company did not declare a dividend for FY 2009-10 (15 months).
In the view of the above mentioned facts the declaration of "Book Closure" shall now be considered as only for the purpose of convening Annual General Meeting.
