Coral Hub Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 30, 2010, inter alia, has proposed a Final Dividend @ 6% i.e. Rs. 0.06 per share on the face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year 2009-2010 subject to the approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.
