Altogether nine companies are selling their shares through offer-for-sale (OFS) route on May 30. As per market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India's (Sebi) minimum public shareholding norms, all private sector listed companies need to have at least 25 percent public shareholding and promoters have been asked to lower their stake to 75 percent or below by June, 2013.

Until now, there have been about 44 OFS, eight institutional placement programme (IPPs) and a few bonus issues by Indian firms to pare promoter holdings.

So, here are the nine companies that are launching OFS on May 30.

Advance Lifestyle Offer size – 1.29 lakh

Essar Ports Offer size- 2.26 crore

Essar Shipping Offer size – 1.78 crore

Jet Airways promoter Tailwinds Offer size- 43.2 lakh

Novartis India Offer size -4.54 lakh

RDB Realty & Infrastructure Offer size- 7.20 lakh

Saint-Gobain Offer size- 98 lakh

Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd Offer size- 3.5 crore
