Coming soon! More flights on foreign routes, says IndiGo

Low cost carrier IndiGo Airlines is flying high. The response to its international operations is better than expected and the company is now likely to add more flights on international routes soon.
IndiGo Airlines' President Aditya Ghosh didn't expect it to fill up so quickly. These are high density routes, with a lot of people travelling and a lot of airlines servicing these routes. Unfortunately, there was no low-fare Indian carrier servicing these routes.
At the moment, IndiGo has international flights to Dubai, Bangkok and Singapore from Delhi. Next month the airline will connect Bombay to Bangkok, Singapore and Dubai. This will be followed by Muscat from Bombay, then Katmandu from Delhi, which hasn't been announced as yet.
Through the winter season, said through the first six months Ghosh hopes they will be able to add more flights on these frequencies, maybe add Jeddah and Dhaka. The idea is to connect Singapore or Dubai to other cities within India.
