Clutch Group, the market leading global legal solutions company, expanded its operations in India by launching a new office in the Manyata Embassy Business Park located in Bangalore. Clutch Group co-founder and CEO, Mr. Abhi Shah, hosted the inauguration along with India’s top business leaders including Mr. Jerry Rao, Chairman of MphasiS, who also serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Clutch Group, and Dr. Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Chairperson of Biocon. Daniel Isenberg, Harvard Business School Professor of International Entrepreneurship was also in attendance.
The new 10,000-sq.ft., 150-seat facility is equipped with 2-way videoconferencing, widescreen flat panel displays, and a secure, state-of-the-art IT infrastructure. In addition, the office design includes discrete case room capability to ensure strict client confidentiality.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Shah said: “With US operations in Washington, DC and New York and India operations in Bangalore, Clutch Group is the only truly global legal solutions company with seamless onsite, offsite, and offshore capability to provide high quality, cost-effective, end-to-end legal support services. The new Bangalore office is a key milestone in our historic growth story and will enable us to effectively meet the rapidly growing needs of our Fortune 500 and global law firm clients.”
Mr. Shah is also the co-founder and Vice Chairman of the US India Business Alliance (USIBA) which promotes investment and trade between the US and India.
