Hardik Dhebar, Group CFO of Delta Corp, in an interview with CNBC-TV18’s Mitali Mukherjee, spoke about the recent happenings on his Goa Casino's court orders and the litigation procedures. Below is the verbatim transcript of the interview. Also watch the accompanying video. Q: What did the Goa High Court say? Where do things stand for you in the gaming business now? A: An order came from the home department regarding the casino operations. It was without any reasons or justification provided and on the grounds of natural justice, High Street , Delta’s subsidiary, was constrained to appeal before the administrative tribunal court at Goa. They issued an ad-interim stay against the home departments’ order affecting the casino operations. The casino operation on Casino Royale have resumed with immediate effect. We are back in normal business now. Q: Is it still up to any litigation or debate? A: Once we have the orders, it will be more or less clear that we have the right to operate now. So, we are going into operations.
