BSE in talks to acquire majority stake in CAMS

The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) is in talks to acquire majority stake in computer age management services (CAMS), reports CNBC-TV18 quoting sources.

CAMS provides registrar services to mutual funds industry. However BSE has refused to comment to stake buy in CAMS.
