Birla Power Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors of the Company in the meeting held on October 25, 2010 has allotted 35,58,65,995 Equity Shares as bonus shares in the ratio of one Bonus share for every five existing equity shares held as on record date i.e. October 21, 2010.
