Bharti Airtel has decided to move the Delhi High Court challenging the show cause notice issued by the Department of Telecom (DoT), reports CNBC-TV18.
In its petition Bharti says that the DoT's decision is against public interest and it will adversely affect its subscribers. The DoT had issued show cause notices to Bharti, Vodafone and Idea over their 3G intra-circle roaming pact.
