Bay Talkitec (P) Ltd., a company specializing in media convergence solutions for fixed line and wireless network, today announced that it has raised US$ 2.5 Million from the Venture Capital firm, NEA-Indo US ventures . The investment will enable the company to further deploy integrated audio and video services in the VAS segment for Mobile operators in India and worldwide, starting with South East Asia. Bay Talkitec is a market leader in Computer Telephony Applications for Indian Telecom users and has more than 2000 installations for its products, viz Interactive Voice Response Systems, Voice Loggers, Contact Center Solutions and VAS solutions. 

 

Bay Talkitec's Value Added Services delivery platform is an integrated solution to meet present & future requirement of carriers and operators to provide innovative applications like Voice SMS, Mobile Radio, Mobile TV, Video SMS, Video greetings, Payment Gateway, etc. The single chassis architecture is highly scalable and enables quicker development customization and deployment of services.
