In addition, Avaya also provides planning, installation and management through its services arm.

Extreme Network switches provide bandwidth management to help ensure clear, consistent IP voice calls, simple management from a central location, and integrated security and service recovery features for business continuity. Thus, the offering from Avaya and Extreme Networks is best suited to small companies' requirements as well as their budget.

The special priced packaged product offering, will make it easy for organizations to apply the proper service levels to devices, whether they're laptops, IP phones, or IP cameras, so that the network can keep up with the demands of real-time communications. The package consists of Extreme Networks Summit X250, ExtremeXOS™ version 12.0 with SummitStack™ stacking capabilities, the Summit WM200/2000 wireless LAN controller for secure, scalable support of mobile applications and continued integration of wired and wireless networks and finally, the Universal Port Man ager, a part of EPICenter®, which supports the entire policy lifecycle with a powerful graphical management interface along with an Avaya IP Office.
