Aunde Faze Three name changed to Aunde India

Aunde Faze Three Ltd has informed BSE that with effect from October 08, 2010, the name of the Company has been changed from "AUNDE Faze Three Ltd" to "AUNDE India Ltd" by deletion of the word "Faze Three". The Registrar of Companies, Gujarat Dadra and Nagar Haveli accorded its consent to the said change by Fresh Certificate of incorporation dated October 08, 2010. This change in name was required, as the Company is part of the AUNDE Global Group, Germany. The AUNDE Global Group, encompassing its brands AUNDE, ISRINGHAUSEN and ESTEBAN, comprises of 86 plants, in 25 countries including India. The member companies of AUNDE group are named on after their base country where they operate like AUNDE Germany, AUNDE Italy, and AUNDE Brazil etc. To identify with AUNDE Group worldwide and to represent itself world wide it is considered necessary to change the name of your Company to AUNDE INDIA LTD in line with the name policy of AUNDE Global Group.
