Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 29, 2010, inter alia, have recommended Final Dividend of 10% (Rs. 1 per share) on the paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, subject to approval of Shareholders.
