Ansal Buildwell Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 20, 2010, inter alia, approved the following:
1. Dividend at the rate of 15% (i.e. Rs. 1.50 per share) on equity share is recommended for the year ending March 31, 2010.
2. Shri V. P. Verma is appointed as Additional Director of the Company.
