Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Anil Kumar Chandani, CFO and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company. He will be relieved with effect from close of business hours of August 4, 2017.
The Board will appoint his successor in due course.
