Mr. Anand Mahindra, Vice Chairman & Managing Director of the Mahindra Group, was honoured with the LMA Entrepreneur of the Year 2006 award. The award has been instituted by the Ludhiana Management Association.
Mr. Mahindra received the award at the hands of the Honourable Governor of Punjab Gen. (Retd) S. F. Rodgrigues at LMA's annual award ceremony in Ludhiana today.
The President of Ludhiana Management Association Mr. M. C. Munjal was among the dignitaries who attended the function.
Gen. (Retd) S. F. Rodgrigues was the chief guest of the function while Mr. Mahindra delivered the keynote address. Mr. Mahindra spoke on the topic Escaping gravity: Sustaining the Trajectory of India's Growth, wherein he shared his insights on the Indian economy.
