Ambuja Cements today announced capacity expansion of its Sankrail grinding unit in West Bengal to 2.4 million tonnes at an investment of Rs 325 crore.
This plant was originally commissioned in 2000 and has established a strong footprint in the region by providing best quality cement, the company said.

The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 5.20 per share as per the quarter ended December 2015. The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 37.43. The latest book value of the company is Rs 70.31 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company is 2.77.
