Allsec Technologies announced results for its fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2007 on Monday, May 14, 2007. The results are also available on the company web-site at www.allsectech.com.

Results:

Consolidated revenue for the year ended 31^st March 2007 was Rs 13, 132 Lakhs - a growth of 38% over last year.

On a Standalone basis, Gross revenue for the twelve Months ended 31 March 2007 was Rs. 11,713.46 Lakhs against Rs. 9,333.27 Lakhs for the twelve Months ended 31 March 2006 recording a growth of 26%.  Profit before taxes was at Rs. 2,807.22 Lakhs against Rs. 2,116.13 Lakhs recording a growth of 33%.

Net profit after taxes was Rs. 2,813.49 Lakhs against Rs. 2,163.69 Lakhs for the previous year recording a growth of 30%.

Gross Revenue for the Quarter ended 31 March 2007 was at Rs.2,856.78 lakhs, which has grown by 6% against Rs.2,682.85 Lakhs for the corresponding Quarter ended 31 March 2006.  Profit before taxes were higher by 7% at Rs.691.38 Lakhs against Rs.644.75 lakhs.  Profit after taxes was higher by 11% at Rs.699.27 Lakhs against Rs.631.54 lakhs.

On a sequential basis, gross revenue was Rs. 2,856.78 Lakhs, marginally higher over the previous quarter ended December 2006 (Rs.2,835.52 Lakhs). Profit after taxes at Rs. 699.27 Lakhs was marginally higher than Rs.695.91 Lakhs of previous quarter.
