Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) today announced the organization appointments in Marketing and Sales for the following positions in the South Asia Regional Unit.
Vivek Mohan has been appointed as Vice President - Services Business Group, South Asia
Earlier to this appointment Vivek Mohan was President and CEO - Lucent Technologies Hindustan Pvt. Ltd. He joined Lucent in 2001 as Director, Business Restructuring - Global Marketing and Sales, NJ and he held many senior positions before being promoted as CEO & President. Prior to working at Alcatel-Lucent, Vivek Mohan was a Consultant with Nortel networks, Santa Clara, CA.
A. Sethuraman has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer, South Asia in addition to being the Country Senior Officer, Sri Lanka & Maldives.
A. Sethuraman joined Alcatel in January 2000 as Business Manager, Broadband Networks Division and was promoted as Director Marketing & Business development in 2003. Sethuraman became the Country Senior Officer, Sri Lanka & Maldives in 2005. Prior to working at Alcatel-Lucent, A. Sethuraman was Director Marketing & Business development with Newbridge Corporation and he also held various senior positions in Sanmar Electronics.
Ravi Ailawadhi has been appointed as Vice President - Key Account Management, South Asia
Earlier to this appointment Ravi Ailawadhi was Director & Head Fixed Communication Group, Alcatel South Asia Limited. He joined Alcatel in July 1995 as Director, Alcatel Bell portfolio. Prior to working at Alcatel-Lucent, Ravi Ailawadhi was Marketing Manager with Sanmar Electronics.
Frederic Sallet has been appointed as Director - Carrier Sales Group, South Asia
Before this appointment, Frederic Sallet was Director, Account Management Team and Mobile Business Development with Alcatel Italy. He joined Alcatel in November 1998, as Sales Manager, Access Systems Division. Prior to working at Alcatel-Lucent, Frederic Sallet was Telecom Division Manager with Equimex Components Pte Ltd, Singapore.
Anuj Kapur has been appointed as Director - Services Sales, South Asia
Anuj Kapur joined Alcatel South Asia Limited in 2005 as Vice President & Head Sales-India, Fixed Communication Group. Prior to working at Alcatel-Lucent, Anuj Kapur was Country Head (Telecom) Marketing & Infrastructure with Samsung.
Shekhar Agrawal has been appointed as Director - Enterprise & Vertical Sales Group, South Asia
Shekhar Agrawal joined Alcatel South Asia Limited in July 2006 as Vice President & Head Enterprise and Govt. Prior to working at Alcatel-Lucent, Shekhar Agrawal was Head Converged Solutions for Asia pacific with Cisco System.
