AK Capital Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2011, inter alia, has approved the declaration of interim dividend for the year 2010-11 of Rs. 3 per fully paid up equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 each.
