Ahmednagar Forgings decalres dividend at Rs 2 per share

Ahmednagar Forgings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 24, 2010, inter alia, have recommend a dividend of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ending June 30, 2010, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
