Adventity to tie up with The Chennai Business School
Adventity, India's leading end-to-end knowledge and business process outsourcing company has tied up with the Chennai Business School to launch the 'Young Leadership Programme'. Through this program, both Adventity and the Chennai Business School will provide undergraduate, graduate, and executive education courses specializing in BPO Operations.

Through this program, both Adventity and the Chennai Business School will provide undergraduate, graduate, and executive education courses specializing in BPO Operations.
The one year course offered by Chennai Business School is a full time course and has approximately 1100 hours of class room lectures. Adventity has designed more than 700 hours of the program classroom delivery consisting of Customer Service Management ,Accounting, Financial and Cost Management, Marketing Management, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources, and much more. Most of the specialised courses and key aspects of General management courses will be delivered by working executives from the industry. Successful candidates will then join Adventity as Assistant Managers as part of their Contact Centre Operations. As part of first batch, the Young Leadership program will comprise of 25 candidates each in Chennai and Mumbai to cater to Adventity's requirements.
Commenting on the occasion Kumar Subramanian, CEO of Adventity, said, "This programme will play a key role in educating our youth on emerging trends in the Indian BPO industry. We have long been working to ensure a successful training program that will contribute to creating employment and essential skill sets within this sector. With Chennai soon becoming an IT hub, we are excited to partner with the Chennai Business School to step up our presence here."
