Sage Software announced today that Technology Marketing Corporation’s (TMC) Communications Solutions has named the ACT! by Sage 2008 (10.0) contact and customer management solution as a Product of the Year Award winner. The eighth annual Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award recognizes vision, leadership and attention to detail among the most innovative products and services brought to market in 2007. The Communications Solutions editorial staff examined entries across voice, data and video communications to determine this year’s award winners.
"The ACT! solution, more than anything else, is about helping users create positive sales and service experiences for their customers – the kind that keep customers coming back for more," noted David van Toor, senior vice president and general manager for Sage CRM Solutions, North America. "Our product development team communicates frequently with ACT! customers from all walks of life in order to build upon the simple usability of our product and introduce features that will help people more easily create differentiating business experiences. This award from TMC is a testament to that."
Among a variety of new features and usability enhancements, ACT! 2008 (10.0), introduced new customizable dashboards to help individuals and workgroups access priority sales opportunity and activity details in a comprehensive graphical view.
“Sage Software has proven they are committed to quality and excellence in solutions that benefit the customer experience as well as ROI for the companies that use them,” said Rich Tehrani, TMC President and Group Editor-in-Chief of Communications Solutions. “I am pleased to honor their hard work and accomplishments and look forward to more innovative solutions from them.”
