Abbott Labs sues Sun Pharma over Divalproex patent rights

Sun Pharma has been sued by Abbott Labs for patent rights of an anti-epilepsy drug, Divalproex ER, reports CNBC-TV18. Sun is also being sued by Forest Labs for patent rights of Memantine. a drud used to treat Alzheimers disease.

Sun Pharma officials, however, have refused to comment.
