Keeping up the philosophy of providing the best to its customers, McDonald's India (N&E) has commenced a new promotion titled, 'Lucky You!' that assures free gifts to all first time McDelivery callers. The promotion that would last till 30th April, 08 would give a chance to the first time callers to win mobile phones or 3 Nights/4 Days Thai holiday package for two, as a weekly bonanza. To give a memorable holiday experience for its customers, McDonald's has tied up with India's largest hotel network- Travelguru™.

Commenting on this occasion, Mr. Jyoti Rakheja, Head Marketing and Corporate Communications, McDonald's India (North & East) said, "We received a great response from our customers after the announcement of our all India single McDelivery number last year in the month of March. Thus to celebrate the first anniversary of McDelivery, we intend to add that extra smile on our new customers' faces with this offer. The premise of McDelivery is essentially, 'If you can't come to us, we will come to you', and this offer will strengthen the same. "

Understanding of the Indian consumer and their culture has been the crucial factor for McDonald's success in the country. Making the brand relevant to the Indian consumer has triggered the kind of growth the brand has witnessed over the last decade, elevating it to a position of leadership in its industry. McDonald's continuing focus on customer experience and convenience ensures broader reach for them by being present at strategic locations and introducing special offers while delivering the commitment of quality product with a fast and friendly service in a clean environment at value for money.
