Reebok India has roped in consulting firm Ernst & Young to conduct a forensics audit of its books, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting sources.
Top sources say the serious fraud investigation office has sought a copy of E&Y's forensics once it is completed. KPMG had done a forensics report giving a clean chit to the two main accused former CEO Subhinder Prem and former COO Vishnu Bhagat.
Reebok confirmed the news and said the KPMG probe in the past has no link to the ongoing investigation.
