Amidst the perceived risk in investing, the Foreign Institutional Investor's (FIIs) seem to maintain a positive outlook on the Indian markets post crash. The FIIs are expected to infuse funds in the future as well, at the same pace and in the same quantity, if not higher.

Sensing the extent and power of such a big influence of the FIIs on the Indian markets, a Mumbai based broking firm 'Asit C Mehta Investment Interrmediates Ltd (ACMIIL)', will address the dynamics of FIIs operating in India through the V-SAT seminar, which is a part of its investor education endeavour.

Mr Raj Shroff, director of Aarayaa Cross Border Advisors Pvt Ltd. and Mr John Band, chief executive of Neem Tree Capital Pvt Ltd, will address the seminar. Mr Shroff will be speaking on 'Different types of Funds and why FIIs use Mauritius/Cyprus for their investments into India?', while Mr Band will address the issue of 'Role played by FIIs in India Scenario'. As financial strategists, both Mr Shroff and Band have been advisors to many MNCs setting operations in India.

The seminar is scheduled on August 26th, 2006 between 11 AM to 1 PM at 260 branches of ACMIIL located in 22 states.

To locate the nearest branch of ACMIIL, please call toll free on 1800-22 -9002.
