At 1:42 pm, Neyveli Lignite Corporation was quoting at Rs 160.55, up Rs 7.55, or 4.93%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 161.90 and an intraday low of Rs 154.20.
 
It was trading with volumes of 913,169 shares, compared to its five-day average of 243,222 shares, an increase of 275.45%.
 
On Thursday, the share closed up 1.97% or Rs 2.95 at Rs 153.
