Geojit Comtrade has come out with its report on agricultural commodities. The research firm has recommended to buy Refined Soy Oil, Pepper on dips and Kapas above Rs 1045.

Pepper Aug NCDEX: Following a broad consolidation inside 41500-41000 levels for the past one week, prices cleared the upside obstacle of 41500 yesterday. For the day, if prices consistently trade above the same, then we could see further up moves towards 42000 followed by 42500 levels. On daily charts, substantial increase in volume also indicates near term bullish view. Conversely, any trades below 41000 could be an early signal of weakness.

Refined Soy oil Aug NCDEX: Prices broke the major resistance of 774 and skyrocketed towards 784 levels. As long as prices stay well above the horizontal support of 780 then the bullish momentum may continue towards 790 followed by 795 levels in the immediate run. On the other side, any trade below 765 could be an early indication of weakness in the near term.

Kapas April NCDEX: If prices break the major upside obstacle of 1045 then bullish momentum may continue to be seen in the near term.
