Check out the new and improved Pajero 2.8
Hindustan Motors is out with a revamped version of the Mitsubishi Pajero 2.8. There are some changes that has been introduced in the revamped version, which has enhanced the design of the car.
When the Indian automobile industry was in its nascent stages, we had only the Fiats and Maruti 800's on the roads. One used to look at an imported Mitsubishi Pajero with green-eyed, envy and wonder when we would see a true blue SUV like this, in the Indian market.
Hindustan Motors brought it in soon enough, but it was followed by the Toyota Prado BMWx5, and a host of other SUVs in the Indian market.
Hindustan Motors' Pajero seemed overshadowed. However, the company are not to be left behind. They are launching a revamped version of the Mitsubishi Pajero 2.8.
On the drawing board, the changes on the exteriors might have appeared minute. But, somehow the new Pajero looks radically different.
There is a dual tone body, which besides softening the corners, has become the design trigger on this SUV. The new design has played with contrasts.
The airdam has its tip painted to stand out. Down the sides, the rear is in contrast to the rest of the vehicle, and the roof also stands coloured apart. The dual colouring lends highlights to the chrome rear bumper and side mirrors.
The only other change is the alloy wheels, and a new wheel cover with the Mitsubishi logo. This model will also get a 'CRZ' at the end of its name, making it the Mitsubishi Pajero 2.8 CRZ.
