At 7: 37 am (IST), Asian markets were trading lower. Shanghai Composite fell 0.31%, Hang Seng was down 0.29% and Nikkei was down 0.12%.
Hong Kong's Hang Seng was down 0.29% or 64.17 points at 21,746.06. Japan's Nikkei was down 0.12% or 10.70 points at 9,044.50. South Korea's Seoul Composite shed 0.71% or 13.61 points at 1,910.89. Taiwan's Taiwan Weighted was flat at 7,256.41. Singapore's Straits Times shut today.
