Asia trading mixed; Hang Seng up, Shanghai Composite flat

At 8: 15 am (IST), Asian markets were trading mixed. China's Shanghai Composite was flat at 3,175.64. Also Read - How US markets closed

Hong Kong's Hang Seng was up 0.67% or 148.22 points at 22,416.38.

Japan's Nikkei rose 0.22% or 21.56 points at 9,892.29.

Singapore's Straits Times added 0.27% or 7.26 points at 2,714.86. Also Read - How Indian Markets closed

South Korea's Seoul Composite was flat at 1,580.66.

Taiwan's Taiwan Weighted was flat at 7,585.90.
